ShayR Posted January 24 Share Posted January 24 Hi , I am a new paying client, i was bit amazed that there's no appropriate customer support. I have 3 issues that I wasn't able to solve, and I can't get help from Squarespace support, getting emails that there customer care isn't active anymore....very impressive!. I do not wish to share the URL, i wish to be contacted by support asap! how am I suppose to solve bugs in the drag and drop mobile editor ? how am I suppose to solve bugs in the product pages ? Squarespace employees don't routinely monitor this forum for feedback (see the guidelines - item 6) but you can contact them for assistance by visiting the Squarespace Customer Care contact page. Live chat is most useful for 1:1 assistance and is available Monday-Friday between 4AM and 8PM ET and from 10AM to 6PM AEST. At other times you can complete their support form and they'll email you back. I am not aware of any current "bugs" with product pages or in the mobile editor, but if you change your mind and wish to provide us with a link to the site, our community of experienced Squarespace users may also be able to help. 🙂 Did this help?
