Adjusting the padding and look on my home page gallery

Hi there!

I'm having trouble adjust the appearance of my home page gallery. I can't get rid of this TAN line here and a SEPARATE (but similar issue) is that I can't make this orange promo bar appear the way I would like to. Can't seem to change the font or add my own PNG or anything like that which seems silly to me.

It looks like you have some Custom CSS that is causing this gap. Remove this:

.Index {
    padding-top: 70px;
}
