Hi there!

I'm having trouble with the EMAIL CAMPAIGN... It should be so simple. I'm just trying to format the text the way I would like it to look but I'm inexplicable and intermittently having trouble with these HUGE LINE spaces... (please see attached video...)

 

Any ideas? Thank you!

Try Shift + Enter to start a new line if the spacing gets wonky.
