Instructions for connecting a domain managed in office 365

I have a domain that I have purchased through a supplier called Inspire so I pay them for the domain however I manage the domain in Office 365 so that I can use it for my email, the domain provider has said that I need to change the dns records in Office 365 Admin, so I am looking for some instructions that will work for this , thank you in advance to anyone that may be able to help
