WTF: I've just paid to renew my website and Squarespace appear to have deleted the entire thing

I just renewed my website. The thumbnail shows the correct configuration and design but when I access the site to view or edit it, it's just a generic template. How do I get this restored or get my money back for the renewal if they have actually deleted the site?

You absolutely need to contact Squarespace Support about this. The forum is not set up to troubleshoot this. If this is an unrecoverable problem, then you should be able to get your money back, but again, the only people to talk to about getting this fixed/refunded, is Squarespace Support.
