Scrolling blocks issues

Hello,

I noticed that the scrolling speed of the scrolling block module is coupled to my screen's refresh rate, 240hz scrolls way faster than 60.

Also, unchecking the "Animate controls and elements inside windows" box in the performance options in windows completely stops the animation.

Has anyone found a way around these issues ?
