Site Title Doesn't Stay Aligned with Navigation as Browser Scales

As the browser window gets smaller the site title moves up and the entire navigation moves to the left (see attached images).

And here is the code I'm using to split the navigation around the site title

    position: absolute;
    top: 0px;
    bottom: 0px;
    margin-top: 17px !important;
    margin-left: 32px!important;
}

.header-nav-item:nth-of-type(2) {
    margin-right: 190px!important;
}

.header-nav-wrapper a {
    background-image: none !important;
}

You can change layout to Left Menu - Middle Site Title, then remove the CSS code you used, we can give script code to achieve this layout
