Why are big gaps coming up on my website?

Hi, 

I'm designing a website but on PC chrome browser there is a large gap coming up on pages. In the builder there are no gaps and I've built and rebuilt and changed things multiple times with no solution found yet. On other browser the website has no gap.

What is the cause of this? I've attached pictures of the two browsers and how it comes up.

Appreciate any help.
