Pagination on blogposts to follow site margin

Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to adjust the pagination on a blogpost page to match the margins of the video above? I tried this code without any luck:

Wondering if anyone knows why it's not work for me?

I'm also wondering if there's a way to change the footer colour on all blogpost pages, without changing the footer on the remaining site?

#2. With Footer, add this to Design > Custom CSS

}
