Adjust Height of Project Section

Hello!

I'm working on a project page for a client and it doesn't seem like I'm able to upgrade the section to Fluid Engine (or at least the option isn't popping up like usual). That being said, I also can't find where I'm able to adjust the height of the section manually and there's a lot of extra space I'd like to trim down. Any tips? Thanks so much!

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS
