Can't find Cart or Checkout Button (new store)

Hi,

I started construction on my store.  I am using Brine 7.0 template.  When I first started site, I think the cart was hidden or disabled.  Now I can't figure out how to get it back.  I checked site styles and set it to display in upper right side of screen.  Can you point me in the right direction?
