Adding a Required Phone Number Field to the Create Account Pop-up in Squarespace

You can collect customer information using a Form Block on standard pages, but it is not possible to collect custom information using the Create Account Popup or to store custom information in Customer Profiles.

As I mentioned in another thread, Squarespace have deliberately designed the platform to hold native Squarespace information only. They do not permit access to allow you to add your own custom fields to customer accounts, and they have no plans to make this possible. Even with code.

However to request a feature, please contact Squarespace Customer Care using a support ticket.
