Can you help me get this gap/space out?

I am trying to get rid of the large gap between the header and the content.  It is just a big blank space and looks weird. I have been through a ton of settings.  Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.  Vanasa  (www.sewenvquilts.com)

Add to Design > Custom CSS 

section.products.collection-content-wrapper.products-list {
    padding-top: 0px;
}
.header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    padding-bottom: 0px !important;
}
