Scheduler - how to change minute to night please?

Hello, 

I offer a pet sitting service with overnight stays being an option. Is there a way to add the scheduling options to offer nights rather than minutes or a possible alternative method please? I understand I could add the appointments in myself but ideally I'd prefer to reduce admin work if possible.
