Basically the customer would provide some information and I'd use this info to customize the digital product - then after they pay I'd let them download this product. Can I do this with Squarespace? If there was a way for the download link to include a variable like {orderID} we could pass them their custom product but I don't see any documentation on this. Thanks for any help Link to comment

On Squarespace you can sell digital, physical, service and subscription products. They define a "digital" product as one that can be saved as a file and then sent to each customer without personalisation or modification. If you wish to sell a personalised digital product then you'll need to add it as a "service" product and manually send the file to the customer. Did this help?
