I launched a site and aligned DNS settings between GoDaddy and Squarespace, but the site is only showing live on mobile devices, not desktops. Does anyone know of a solution?

THANK YOU

DNS cannot work differently for different devices so if the site is working on mobiles, then rest assured that the site is working for other desktop users too 🙂

If you've been looking at the domain name before it was connected to Squarespace then your desktop will have cached the old information and will show this to you for a period of time before it checks the live site again. In other words, you'll be able to view it on your desktop soon. If you need to view it on your desktop urgently then you can try clearing your browser cache and using a different browser.
