Video Portfolio homepage

Hi everyone,

I'm converting my website from the old version to the most recent one as I have seen they added more video integration. I'm playing around with a demo site before transferring the domain and subscription plan but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.  What I need is something similar to this site Videography | Austen Paul Productions | United States . As you can see, he has the homepage divided into categories in a nice and clean way and the custom thumbnails are vertical instead of horizontal (which look way better in my opinion). I tried using the video-on-demand page but instead of creating a row per category, it creates links  making the page refresh. It also had the category All which cannot be deleted and makes everything super messy. Any ideas?
