Customisable clickable images??

On Squarespace it is easy enough do make images clickable, but how do users know the images are clickable??

On this site, for example, - https://open24.ie/

When one hovers over a clickable tab, the tab changes colour, which illustrates to the user that this tab is clickable.

Could somebody please let me know how to do this with images on Squarespace?

When hovering over an image or link, the cursor changes to a hand, which is a common sign that users know the image/link is clickable.
