ireneb Posted January 6, 2023 Share Posted January 6, 2023 I need to contact a rep with Acuity but can't find a venue to speak with anyone. People have purchased on-line gift certificates through acuity booking system, but when they want to redeem it the value is different. Eg they paid $150, but can only redeem for $100. How can i get help? I can't find a phone number nor email. And the drop box options don't apply. I'm so frustrated as are my clients. Link to comment
