Alternate logo for home page not mobile responsive

Hi guys, I used the following CSS code to add a different logo on my home page.

<style> 
div.header-title-logo a {
content:url("NEW LOGO URL") !important;     
max-width: 300px;
}
</style>
Unfortunately the logo covers the hamburger menu, as it is not responsive. What code can I add so the alternative logo doesn't cover the menu/make the logo smaller for mobile as the rule that apply to rest of the web site logo doesn't apply to this one.

I thought I had attached the page please see below:

Home page with the white logo that I want only on this page:

Ot the screen shot below you can see that the logo is hiding the Cart and Hamburger menu  (they can be seen briefly in a glimpse when loading the page):
