Alternate logo for home page not mobile responsive

Hi guys, I used the following CSS code to add a different logo on my home page.

content:url("NEW LOGO URL") !important;

Hi Matt, can you share your website and the page you have tried implementing this logo change on?

Ot the screen shot below you can see that the logo is hiding the Cart and Hamburger menu  (they can be seen briefly in a glimpse when loading the page):
