Adding Preview Images to Member Areas like Physical or Digital Products

Thanks for your advice in advance. I would like to add access to a member area component on my homepage (course) with a preview image  (http://ryandewitt.com) in an 4 wide grid along with my other digital products.  See image attached. I cannot figure how to add an image to a Membership like I can with a Digital Product. Maybe we can't??. Can you make a table in a page?? I already have my member areas ready with page content. So I guess I have to add the join button which I've done without a cool image.
