TammyM
Hello, I'm Tammy, I'm new here, and could really use some basic help. I have a paid site and custom (paid) domain through SquareSpace. I have designed a landing page/homepage, set it as my homepage, and moved all other pages to "Not Linked". When I "Publish" my site and go to the web address, a trial (??) version/website shows, but my custom work does not. I have added custom fonts to SquareSpace, and some of those show up on the sample site, so I know it's connected somehow, but I don't know how to turn off the trial site and turn my custom-designed one on. I'm hoping this is a simple step I'm overlooking, and I really appreciate your help! Thanks so much! Link to comment

TammyM
Hi, and thanks for the reply. My domain is MissionMomentLLC.com. I have it set to private right now. Thanks again! Edited January 4, 2023 by TammyM Link to comment
creedon
Your domain is connected to your site. Of course we can't see it until you make it public. You may find the second question answered in the following of some use. Find my contributions useful? Please like, upvote, mark my answer as the best ( solution ), and see my profile. TammyM
I understand. I assumed my query was a generic one, and not site-specific. I have changed the website to public (missionmomentllc.com). Attached are images of the current page and the custom page it should show. Thanks again for any suggestions you can make! Link to comment
creedon
Quote Thanks again for any suggestions you can make! I pretty much covered the main point that I think you may be having difficulties with in my cited post. The main thrust is that your site has two domains. The SS supplied built-in domain, where you edit your site from. The custom domain that you purchased for the public to access your site. Hand out your custom domain to people and they will see your site there. Find my contributions useful? Please like, upvote, mark my answer as the best ( solution ), and see my profile.
