scdswin
I have an appointment type that would need the availability of two staff members. How do I go about doing that? For example, when customers book a couples massage I need to have two therapists available - how do I create an appointment type that would allow for that? Crayzbrian 1 Link to comment
chloewoodnis
You'd need to create a "Calendar". Go to "Scheduling" -> "Calendars", and create a "Calendar" with the appointment type. Next, go to "Scheduling" -> "Sync With Other Calendars". Add the relevant people in "Select a Calendar". Save it, and you should be good to go! Link to comment
aprilquestions
Im having the same issue but I need the calendars within Acuity to look for conflicts. I dont need another outside calendar. As I have 2 people but 3 calendars. Each person has their personal calendar and the 3rd calendar is if someone needs to book with them together at once for an appt but I cant get Acuity to check for conflicts within itself. house2627
Same, I need Acuity to make sure two calendars are available and only show availability when those two calendars are open. pamela-ng 1 Link to comment
pamela-ng
I have a similar issue. I have 3 calendars - 2 individual calendars and 1 for either/or appointments. Acuity allows overbooking even though there are conflicts inside Acuity in one of the calendars. It seems like this could be a big problem - I'm wondering why it seems no one from Acuity has addressed this. Edited December 5, 2023 by pamela-ng Add more info Link to comment
BenN123
Did anyone here figure this out at all? I've got the same issue I can't seem to find the solution either! Link to comment
Crayzbrian
We are having the same issue. We need to be able to schedule multiple staff members for a given appointment type. How do we do this? Link to comment
