CUSTOM CSS: How would I make my entire site navigation bar BOLD on both mobile and desktop?

You should be able to find this in the Styles -> fonts menu, but if that doesn't work, try adding this Custom CSS:

.header .header-nav-wrapper a, .header .language-item a, .header-menu-nav-item {
    font-weight: 600 !important;
}
