How to make my header linkable

Hi,

I'm creating a website for a family member's business, and they really want the header to be clickable (I'll attach a screenshot to show what I'm talking about exactly). Right now I have it so the header is one long image, the logo is on one side and on the other is an "email us" section and a section with their phone number. I'm trying to make it so if you click "email us" it brings up your email so you can email them, and if you click the phone number it calls their number.

I know how to do this with a regular image, it's the header I'm having issues with (they want it on the header so it's sticky and stays at the top of the page at all times). I'm trying to do both a mobile and desktop version. Does anyone know how I could do that with code?

You can add the link to email button and phone button:

- For email: add the link with mailto:your email

- For phone: add the link with tel:YOURNUMBERHERE
