DavidDavidson
I am designing a website to display my photography. In the template I selected photos seem to be required to fit into a selected aspect ratio. The trouble is, my photographs often do not comply with standard aspect ratios. For example, I have many panoramas that are much wider than would fit into a 16x9 aspect ratio. Is there a way to have no required aspect ratio, and let each photo dictate the space required to display it? Thank you for any suggested solutions. Link to comment
creedon
Please post the URL for a page on your site where we can see your issue. A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a url that contains /config/. Please set up a site-wide password, if your site is not public and you've not already done so. Post the password here. Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site. Please read the site-wide password and how to share a link documentation to understand how they work. We can then take a look at your issue. Find my contributions useful? DavidDavidson
Thank you for the reply. Please be patient with me as I am new to Squarespace. I have not yet "published" my website as it is still being developed. All of the pages seem to have "config" in the URL. Please explain how I point you to a page on my website that I would like you to see as an example of the problem I am experiencing. Thank you! Link to comment

Here is the URL for an example: https://koi-recorder-mnk4.squarespace.com/work/wildlife-6yek4 The password for access is "davids-photos" This image is being displayed in 16x9 aspect ratio. The actual size of the image is 5900 pixels wide by 2000 pixels high (roughly 3x1 aspect ratio). Link to comment
