Google Sheets code shows up as a tiny box and doesn't capture how my sheet looks (images included)

I followed the instructions but the thing pasted like a tiny box on the screen and didn't look like my google sheet at all. 

How do I just make the thing look exactly like my Google Sheet on my website? I have a sheet with inputs and outputs

I have a google sheet with input fields and output / result fields (grey - input, green, output) and I followed the instructions publishing my code on google, then pasting it into the embeded code area, but this is how it shows up. Anyone know how to make it look how i want, which is with the left and right grey / green fields? can you highlight specific cells to capture ?
