Help appreciated! Website Coming Up As Not Secure (SSL)

Hello! I would so very much appreciate any insights on why my website is coming up as Not secure. I made sure there are no mixed links (there are no HTTP links, only https) and I have tried to research on how to fix it but I'm not getting much insight. My website is: acomealchemy.com -- I would appreciate any help!!

It may just be the messaging hasn't dropped off yet. I just checked both urls and they both came up with an active SSL and padlock for me.

Yes. The domains are working and have SSL on them.

Have you reloaded the page? Quit the browser and relaunched?

If you are still seeing an issue, give it a bit more time, check back and if it still hasn't resolved, contact SS customer support.

Hi creedon, I have the same problem, it's well over 72 hours, and I can't see any way to contact SS support, it's just an endless loop back to the help center, that seems to give no way to actually talk to someone - or even email them.
