Need help adding rounded corners to code block containing animated SVG

Could you view the attached and let me know how to remove these thin black lines around an embedded YouTube video? Is there black in the div container that I can change to white or remove color entirely? URL is https://orb-sunfish-3hrg.squarespace.com/annual-symposium

Out of the two videos you will see, the issue is worst with the second one (Youtube), and the issue is more predominant when the video is playing. The same video hosted on Vimeo shows the lines on the thumbnail but are not as prevalent. Please, if you can, provide solutions to both.
