Sticky Block of Text

Hi there,

I am wanting to have a block of text sticky at the top of the page as you scroll down through my contact form please.

Can anyone help?

What is your URL site?

Site URL is summerkatedesigns.com. The page in question is the contact page. I want the text on the left hand side to be sticky while you scroll down through my contact form.
