Change Photo Caption Hover Color & Font

I would love to be able to change the black overlay on the photo captions to white.  And possibly change the font as well.  What CSS code would allow for this to happen?

Leadership/Board of Directors - a black box hovers.  I can't figure out how to change the color of it.  Or the font.

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS

figcaption.image-caption-wrapper {
    background-color: white !important;
}
figcaption.image-caption-wrapper * {
    color: black !important;
}
