Removing underlining in links - footer & "missing opening `{"I

Hello guys and girls

sorry to ask for help (again)...

I am getting "missing opening `{" error when i try to implement:

footer a {
  text-decoration: none !important;
}

I suspect the error is in the attached coding (attached)

Is anyone able to see where the "missing opening `{" is located..?:)

Remove the curly brace on line 21.

Thanks @paul2009, men then i get a Syntax error on line 3...

Btw. we are adding Currency Extension on site after christmas:)
