Mobile navigation opens underneath another page element-- Pictures included

When clicking the mobile menu to open navigation on my iPhone, the menu slides out but is underneath another page element.  This is preventing some of the navigation links being clicked because there is text above it.  See imagine below.  

How do I bring the mobile menu to the top layer?

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css
