WMDAgency Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Hello, I spoke with two support representative and they both said I would be able to transfer a domain from one old SquareSpace site to the new SquareSpace site after we created a new account. I can't and super frustrated how much time and how much time we have spent dealing with this issue. We typically do not recommend SquareSpace because of this. Thanks, Brad

Thanks, Brad Like @paul2009 said, you can move domains between sites on the same account but I don't believe you can move them between actual accounts in a straight forward way. One thing you can try is to assign the domain to a site in the original account and then invite the new account to that site and transfer ownership. The domain should then be in the correct account.
