Can't acces site ("Something went wrong" error)

Recommended Posts

Hello, a while ago our website stopped working. We missed a payment, but since then there is no way of accessing our site. We wanted to move the domain to a new copy of our site, but we can't since there is no way to disconnect the domain from the expired site. Because it's impossible to get to the settings. It doesnt matter what you do, when you try to get to the old site you get this error. (see attached image)

We cant seem to find anything on the internet about this error. I hope someone could help us, we would like our site back up and running A.S.A.P.

You should be able to reach all sites, including expired (but not deleted) sites from your Account Dashboard.

If you cannot reach it from the dashboard then you'll need to contact Squarespace Customer Care directly for assistance. This isn't something that forum users can help you with.
