Convert form emails to ADF format

Grade A Noob here.

We have a client who uses a lead generation platform (they cannot use another one due to the industry they are in), and they need the emails submitted from the lead forms on their site to be in an ADF file format. Does anyone know what file format Squarespace form emails come in (assuming txt, rtf, or html but like I said Noob here). Site is svford.com (it is not "live" yet, even though it is on a custom domain).

Secondly does anyone know how we could possibly convert these emails from whatever the standard format is into ADF? Obviously we are not wanting to have to do anything manually, hoping for a coding solution (also if anyone can do this, would be happy to discuss pricing).

Does anyone use Zapier, is that a platform that could possibly assist with this?
