msdema Posted December 16, 2022 Share Posted December 16, 2022 hello, i often have customers do multiple purchases at the same time (due to how fast things sell out, they sometimes prioritize one thing and then go back for another item). i usually will combine these orders and refund them the difference in shipping. so when i submit the partial refund, i’d like to be able to add a message in that notification email that gets sent to the customer. is there anywhere to do this? if not is there some sort of coding i can do? i hope that makes sense. thank you! No, it is not possible to do this. Code cannot change this. The only way to send a custom message is to send the customer a manually-generated email via your email service. Did this help?
