Changing a footer Button Color with CSS

Hi. Sorry, I'm not a WebDev and only have rudimentary CSS skills.

Im using the Brine template

I've had to insert some code into our sites Header/Footer using the Code Injection panel. This code then creates a green "do not sell.." button (please see attached image).

Few things

01: I would like to change the color of the button's Nul and Over states with CSS

02: I would like to move the button above the Footer links

Sadly, I cannot post a link to our Dev site due to security restrictions.

Any thoughts?

You can duplicate the site, remove all important content, then share url. We can check easier
