Change of page background color on hover image block

Hi there,

For a lot of my codes I browse here in the forum and Google sends me to many of you as experts and then I put everything together to have the code as I wish. Unfortunately I have an issue with making this effect on hover on a image: https://maltseva.me/

On hover on an image block the whole background of the page is changing its color. I'm sure somebody here is able to change my code that it will work. Right now I have this code which is not working
