how do I restore a template?

Can some one please tell me how to restore a template to its default settings with the demo info?

Two days ago I was starting on my second squarespace site, a commerce site using the "hyde" template. I had only changed one image and the text in one text block and the power in my town went out.  Once the power was restored all my info is no longer in the template and all the the blocks are missing from the template 

I tried installing another template and uninstalling Hyde, deleating the browsing cach in chrome, and then re installing the hyde template. Unfortuneately it keeps loading with the missing portions
