Invoicing for a package of appointments in Acuity scheduling

Hello, I was so excited for the invoicing feature to send clients invoices to pay for their packages, but was confounded when the invoice did not actually sell them a package.  That means they can't dive in and schedule using their package code. 

Will this feature be added or will I need to manually then sell a package? 

Me, too! Did anyone ever get a response on this topic?
