Fade text below behind video upon playing

Hi all. Adding text ontop of vimeo video block to show video title and the crew list that made the video. I'd love for that text box to disappear when clicking the play button on the video. Video is vimeo linked. I've tried a few iterations of z-index with the block codes when the video is :active but no luck. Would really appreciate!
