Hey Vietmar, here's the solution:

.header-title-logo a:after {
    content: "Add text here";
    display: inline-block;
    font-size: 15px;
    padding-left: 25px;
    text-align: center;
    vertical-align:middle;
}
.header-title-logo img {
    vertical-align: middle;
}
