9Line
We have an employee portal that is accessible via password. We have not changed the format but just noticed the link to the portal just directs us back to the homepage. The URL Slug is correct so we cannot figure out why the portal no longer works. Any ideas? Thank you. Link to comment

Please see How to Post a Forum Question. Thanks for the feedback, Paul. Here is the link to the site: 9Line (9linellc.com) Before, when I clicked on EMPLOYEE PORTAL it would take me to the Sentry login screen. Now, it just directs back to the homepage. In Squarespace, the portal is in Secondary Navigation and the link works there. In General Page Settings, nothing was edited and it all looks correct. I'm not sure why the portal link stopped working. Any ideas? Thanks. Link to comment
Solution paul2009 Posted December 13, 2022 Solution Share Posted December 13, 2022 (edited) Thus is an issue with Sentry Login, so I suggest you follow-up with them directly. When I checked, the portal page loaded fine but then Sentry Login redirected the site back to the homepage. Note that a Squarespace page password would provide far more protection for this portal page than that provided by the Sentry Login product. The third party product only hides the visible content but it is still there on the page - it doesn't password-protect it. Edited January 6 by paul2009 9Line 1 About: SQSP User for 17 yrs. 9Line
I found the solution. It was an issue with Sentry Login, not Squarespace. Thank you for the advice, @paul2009! Nikolaj and paul2009 1 1 Link to comment
