By default customers must enter their "Shipping" address, then they select the delivery radio button. It would be best to have the option to change the labels on the Checkout Form. Customizing the Checkout form seems like a must have feature for these instances to make it less confusing for customers. Link to comment

I have raised the lack of checkout customisation - and specifically the specific phrases being used like "shipping" and "pickup" - several times (I wrote about one instance in my list of commerce limitations) but so far nothing has been prioritised 🥲. I'm hoping this will change in 2023 🙏 because there finally seems to be an international focus. This isn't surprising given that non-US revenue now accounts for approximately 28% of their total revenue. That's $60 million in Q3 2022 alone. This makes it the perfect time to raise this as a feature request. Posting in the forum doesn't reach Squarespace employees because they don't routinely monitor it for feedback (see the guidelines - item 6) so do please make a feature request by contacting Squarespace Customer Care. KellyBellasBlooms Posted April 23, 2023 Share Posted April 23, 2023 (edited) Good morning, Is there a way to adjust the language on the checkout page where it uses the word Shipping? I would like this to say Delivery instead, or if not, is there a workaround? We are currently not shipping anything and only doing local pickup or local delivery, so I want to make sure this is not misconstrued by customers.
