how to get images into blog article

hi there... I am wondering if there is a way for the blog article to have the same picture that is in the thumbnail that is in the blog home page... or simply a way to get an image on the blog article page itself so that when i post on social media a photo comes up that is relevant to the article?

You add an image block to a section in the main body of your blog post and then post your image. Put the same image as the featured image in the blog post settings. That image will also show up when posting a link to the blog on facebook or other social media sites.
