title in navigation bar tab is saying "blog post 3" even though i keep changing it

it seems that there is an error in that in my newly created blog page -- -the page title appears as "blog 3.. see here: https://www.sarainicolina.com/musings.  i've changed it inside of settings for the blog page and it seems to be stuck with this title... and then when i link it on social media it shows up that way too.  please help!  

Also, it seems that the image i've chosen for the blog should also show up on the blog page itself so that when i link to that page in social media it will pick up the image for that particular blog post, but it is also not doing that properly.  

thank you for any help!  so far everything has worked very smoothly on Squarespace - for the last 2 years... but as soon as i tried to add the blog, it's seemingly glitchy. 

Check the SEO settings for the blog post.
