repositioning text overlay in hover/simple grid

Hi all

Re. my 'about/contact2' page ....its formatted the same as my testimonials page.

However for 'about/contact2' id like to position the hover text more centrally rather than a strip across the middle, as it is now - can anyone help with CSS code that won't also affect the hover on testimonial page? I like that as it is...

..thinking about it , it would have been easier if i had just said that the aim is to make it replicate what you see in 'about/contact' page 😀

note i know the font size on the overlay (if thats the correct word) will be different to the block text added to  'about/contact' - so wont look  exactly same.....at this stage

but my next question will be how can i control font size in the overlay on 'about/contact2' without changing font size in overlays on  'testimonials'
