Can I convert my completed website into one with index pages (or something that functions similarly to index pages)?

Hi there,

I'm working on this website: wigshairmakeup.com. The client would now like the home page to have a 'continuous scroll' aspect with anchor links, similar to this website: jacksonheller.com. She'd like the navigation links to still go to new pages like we have set up now, but wants each page to also be on the home page on mobile so that visitors are not redirected to new pages. Is there a way to do this without rebuilding the site in a theme that utilizes index pages?

We are new to Squarespace and built the current site practically from scratch, choosing a theme at random to get started. Now that she knows what she wants the mobile site to look like, is it possible to convert what we have into what she'd like?
