Cannot figure out why page is auto-scrolling to iframe

I cannot for the life of me get THIS PAGE to stop auto-scrolling down the page to the iframe. Support won't help because it's embedded code from another site. I think I've deleted every possible instance from the code that would affect the scrolling behavior, so I'm losing my mind.

Thank you for looking at this. I ended up with a different ticketing solution, anyhow, so I stopped fighting with it. This seems like the right answer, though.
